Welcome to November 😉I think most of us are grateful every day for the love and lives we share with our beloved pets. It can be hard to find gratitude when we are grieving or missing those to whom we have said goodbye but I hope you can also be thankful for the wonderful times you were lucky to share, and comfort in knowing you gave them their best life. It can be helpful to write notes from you to them, AND from them to you with what you think they would want to say to you.
I am grateful for this community of kind, caring people who support one another and share the joys as well as the sorrows.
As always, everyone is invited to join our free group get together on November 19th.
We start at 7PM Eastern and you can stay as long or as little as you like. We’d love to hear from you.

I probably don’t need to remind everyone to be careful Halloween weekend – no candy, especially chocolate and sugar-free.
Also, costumes can be cute to us but painful and/or dangerous for our pets. Aren’t they cute enough just as they are?💕
Strangers at the door can be frightful for pets, or they may try to run out an open door. It may be kind to keep skittish pets in a quiet, safe room away from the “action”.
Whatever you do this Halloween, I hope you and yours enjoy it🫠

No meeting this Thursday.
Hallowwen costumes on pets are cute to us but can be painful and even dangerous for our pets. Cats are epecially sensitive to anything on their fur and skin.

We will have a special Group Meeting this Thursday at 7PM Eastern – 4 Pacific.

I hope you and your pets are “weathering” this summer in good health and fine spirits.
I see people walking their dogs on hot pavement and want to ask them to walk on their bare feet to show them how uncomfortable it must be for their doggies. Instead I ask if the dog would like to walk on the grass. I suppose it’s not my business but I feel that animal welfare is everyone’s concern.
I was in Canada recently and not replying to your posts, which I will do. Please join our online group meeting Thursday Auguat 20th at 7PM Eastern. We need to catch up👍
