That was once in a lifetime Toni lol She’s almost 11 months old now and doing great. She really has made this a lot better. Still feeling pain from losing Dexter but Dixie is really filling the emptiness -

Last Monday we had to say goodbye to Wasabi our little princess. It was 4 days from the one year anniversary of saying goodbye to Dexter. RIP my beautiful puppies-

Hi Chuck. I am delighted to hear from you, but not with this news. Anniversaries are so very hard, and yours is made even harder with Wasabi’s passing. Is Dixie doing okay? Were she and Wasabi close? How long were you and Wasabi together? Was she close to Dexter? I am just so very, very sorry for you and your family. {{HUGS}} Toni

Hi Toni.Thank you for asking about me.I am doing better,day by day.My back doesn’t hurt as much as it had because I cannot do a lot of heavy lifting.Emotionally,I am slowly getting there. -

Tay,thank you.I try really hard to move forward,but it is hard to when I found her at 7 weeks old,when she fit in the palm of my hand. -

Hi Toni.I took a hard fall on Monday,and I have an L-1 compression fracture,but a hairline fracture in my lower back. -

Hello.Well today,has been two months since my mama cat was hit and killed by a car.I miss her dearly,but life goes on.I am adjusting to her not being around anymore.Yes my heart aches,but she is no longer in pain.

I know, Dianne. My girl is still failing and I’m trying to remember what a lovely life she has enjoyed, and that when she passes she will be comfortable, rather than how terribly empty and sad my home and heart will be. You hang in there – it hasn’t been very long for you.

I am slowly getting better with regards to my mama cat.It has been really rough,but day by day, I carry on.
To the pet parents who have lost precious fur babies,I am deeply sorry for your losses.-
It’s good to hear from you, Dianne, and that you are finding some relief. It takes as long as it takes and you will always have little reminders of her. Hopefully those memories will bring you more joy than sorrow soon. How are your others doing now?

First I wanna say I’m sorry for everybody’s loss. I lost two of my cats, One in December 2020 just before Christmas, and my other cat a week after New Year’s 2021. My heart was so broken, but Life moved on, and I ended up adopting another cat. I already had a dog that I also had adopted. I am sorry I have not been on the site sooner, but between the holidays and now I am sick, it’s been rather hectic. The only way I have actually survived the loss of so many pets, it’s just to remember that once they went over the rainbow bridge, they met all their friends, and they’re playing and having a good time even though they miss us.

You are so nice to adopt again, to open your home and heart to another in need of a loving, caring home. I’m sure they are doing their best to take care of you :-). Let’s hope for a better 2022.
