What a beautiful baby … my deepest condolences on your loss and may time heal your wounded heart but keep your memories close 🥰 -

I am all too familiar with what a huge hole in your heart the loss of a sweet kitty can cause. My deepest sympathy … though time does heal … it doesn’t erase the pain or memories … bless you 😊 -

Poor baby … I’m sorry about your loss and so sorry your other bird is sad … there is nothing worse for your grief than seeing other pets grieve also. I hope, in time that your other parakeet will get over his loss and time will help heal your heart as well 🥰 -

Remember 5 years, 7 months agoEven though it has been over 5 years since I lost her, I still mourn my Luna bug .. taken from me by cancer at only 12 years old … my pillow will always feel empty without you my Bugs-
I’m the same way with my Hunee, it was 3 years this past November. And like your Luna bug, my Hunee Bea slept in my arms her whole 14 years. Luna’s coat is beautiful.

Yes, I want to comment on Luna bug’s fur, too. Stunning. Love the colors, and stripes and spots. Was she a special breed? Christina, I doubt there is a pet lover here who doesn’t still miss their babies. You are among friends who understand that time eases, but doesn’t erase. I have always thought that joy shared is joy doubled, grief shared is grief halved. I hope it helps to have us to share with. Perhaps you will take some comfort from lending your own sympathy and understanding to others in our community. Toni

Remember 5 years, 7 months agoI just lost my beloved Cheyanne of 23 years last week. Things are not the same without him. He took a piece of my heart with him.-
Christina, I am so sorry. It’s not been very long at all and I know you are in pain. Do you have other horses? Other animals? How are they adjusting? What type of horse was Cheyanne? Boy or girl? It looks like a lovely place to have spent a life, and clearly Cheyanne was loved and cared for and about. I’ll be thinking of you and hope you will check in with us so we can help support you.
