I always wish my kitty is here,or I’m with her.Feeling very sad

  Oh, yes, it’s an emptiness and aching, isn’t it? We know we can and will remember the many joys and tons of love shared, but they sort of get drowned out by the sadness. It’s hard, but good, that you are allowing yourself to feel really, really awful. If you try to avoid the pain, it will just linger inside you. We are here to listen and support you. I say “Joy shared is joy doubled; Grief shared is grief halved”. You are safe to pour your heart out with us. Here is a HUG for you. And Thank You for sharing your kindness and understanding with others.
