Unfortunately Jake passed away. My boyfriend passed away on Thanksgiving, and I took in his 13 yr old Golden Retriever, She seemed healthy to me. but that started to change in Feb. The vet said he has hemangiosarcoma, an gave him 2 wks to 3 months. He went downhill fast and 3 weeks later passed away. I felt like I lost my connection to my boyfriend,and hit with 3 loses so close together. Thanks for listening to my saga View

Isn’t is awful, Leslie, how empty and quiet the house is? It’s not unusual to “hear” or “see” your beloved Tanner. How did that make you feel – scared, or happy? Something else? Even knowing she was failing and that you helped her find comfort and peace, they are never with us as long as we’d like. I hope you find memories of the many happy times you shared bring you joy and comfort of your own. Please join our group meeting Thursday Feb. 16th to tell us about Tanner.
