Kristina, from my own experience I know how that feels. You look for them in places where they used to be and should be. It is amazing how they change the feeling of the whole house. It will take time – I know that’s small comfort but eventually you’ll be able to think of him with more appreciation than grief. You’ll be able to remember all the good stuff you experienced together and will be somewhat at peace with the fact that he’s not there anymore. Good wishes to you and your family!

Oh how precious, Kristina. It hurts so deeply, doesn’t it? I am so very sorry. It’s hard that our beloved pets are only “on loan” to us, never for long enough. I hope you can find some comfort knowing you and Digger shared a wonderful life. We’re here for you so keep sharing with us, and please join our group meeting April 20th.

Hi Toni,
Digger was a pomeranian jack Russell mix dog. He was 14 years old when he passed this week. Honestly not holding up at all… he is missed greatly!!
