Big News (and a huge surprise)!! I always say the universe hears us, and look what it delivered to me! This sweet ten year old boy was recently orphaned when his human died and he is now living with me. I am delighted and hope he feels the same :-). He needs lots of attention and lets me brush him, he sits with me, talks to me, and follows me. We\’re seeing the vet tomorrow for a full physical and a \’caticure – his claws are really long and he doesn\’t want me to clip them just yet. I wasn\’t expecting to meet \”Walter\” – I think I\’ll call him Wonder – and I feel so grateful and happy to have a new love in my home and life. I\’ll keep ypu posted about Wonder (what do you think of that name?). And please, let us know how you are doing. Toni-

Thank you for your kind greetings. He is really sweet and I can’t believe he is with me, it happened so fast. This handsome boy is about ten and what a difference it makes from a youngster – nice energy but not “off the rails kittenhood”, you know? He seems to be comfortable with me. He came from a small, sterile apartment and now lives in a roomy home with lots of soft, squishy surffaces made for a kitty. In fact, I think my whole life and household are built around pets. That’s a good thing. I will update about Walter/Wonder from time to time. Please, you all update us here, too, and share your own stories and feelings. I am so happy to be a part of this kind, caring, understanding group. HUGE HUGS all around! Toni

I am so sorry, Taylor. He sure was a cutie. While we would like to have them with us forever, sadly our pets are only on loan to us. It hurts deeply to say goodbye but the memories of the fun, loving wonderful life you shared bring a lot of joy. I hope you are finding smiles when you think of Marbles. Margie, do you have a friend or family member to be with you? It’s a terrible shock when they pass suddenly. Could you call Zeke’s vet and have them help you? Can they come to your home? If not, please try to have someone drive you, and let us know what you do, and how you are. Toni -

Toni, no Bubba was a small 9lb Pekingese Datsun Chihuahua mix, he was 17 and my best friend. My nanny gave him to me when he was about 6 weeks old. I don’t know how to post his pictures or I would love to share

Yes I have 2 cats one was with us 16 years other just not iven 1 year we miss both our cat

Oh Linda, your Spooky looks so much like my Beauty Girl (you can see her pictures in our Memorials tab). It’s been a long while since we’ve heard from you, and I am so very sorry it’s now with Spooky gone. How long has it been since you said goodbye? How did you and Spooky meet, and how long were you together? Did Spooky know Shadow and Chubby Boy? Please let us know, and tell us how you are doing. We have a monthly group meeting the third Thursday each month (might be a slight change due to holidays) and I hope you will join us for some of those. Toni -

Martha, what a menagerie. How wonderful. Is Mak missing? What do you think happened? Did he fly away do you think? How awful not to know. I hope he’s okay and please let us know if you find out anything. Raina and Mae look alike somewhat, don’t they? I’m so happy you and your family have Mae with you now.
