@grandma2011 Hi Dianne. I think about you a lot because my darling old girl who will be 18 in March is doing okay but I can tell she is failing and I know how you and I share the terrible anticipation of their (George – Baby Mama) passing. It’s tough, to say the least. Any way, I do think of you and hope you will let us know how you are doing. Toni

Hi Toni.Thank you for asking about me.I am doing better,day by day.My back doesn’t hurt as much as it had because I cannot do a lot of heavy lifting.Emotionally,I am slowly getting there. -
Well, you’re doing some heavy lifting, emotionally. I do think our internal pains make external ones harder, too. But I am delighted for your healing in both ways, Dianne. We know going in to pet relationships that one day we will have to part, and we are strong people who can work through that. But it sure hurts a lot getting there. Keep us posted, Honey.

Hi Toni.I took a hard fall on Monday,and I have an L-1 compression fracture,but a hairline fracture in my lower back.

Was this a second fall, Dianne? It must be contagious because I fractured my wrist Sunday!

Oh, Dianne, I am so sorry! You are in my thoughts and prayers. Toni, I am so sorry about your wrist. Praying that you both heal quickly. -
How nice of you, Martha. I got the real cast today and am doing okay…just really angry at myself for being careless. It sounds as if Dianne’s injury is far worse and I hope she comes along well.

She is eating better than she has been wanting to.She is not having diarrhea,but it is soft and better than before.I am going to keep her and not put her to sleep.I am going to have her vet check her for worms.Yes she is my 13 year old love,and she may be thin,but I am going to figure out what is going on.However if the vet states she is sick and her quality of life is declining,then I will do what is best for her.She is 85% better,and I am so happy.

This is FABULOUS, Dianne. You know, three times this past year I was sure it was time to say goodbye to my 17 year old, but with medicines, diet and “catupuncture”, she is doing very well and ‘feline’ fine :-). Apply to Waggle.org for help with your Vet bills. The acupuncture has stimulated blood flow to my girl’s kidneys that were failing and now the are normal – not just better – normal! I’m a believer…. I am, we are all, so very delighted for you both. Light a candle in celebration!! And keep us posted…. Great news !!!!
