You are not kidding. She looks every time the back door opens

Things are fine. My one dog still doesn’t understand she is the only one now. Still looking around corners. One day she will get it

Aww she will adjust, they know more than we think they know.
I think mine was depressed for a bit after my friend had to send her baby across the bridge a year prior to mine. It’s like you leave the house with them and you come home without them.

The other pets in a household were friends, too, and mourn. She needs your love and kindness now, just as you need hers. You’ll help each other get through this time and the changes to daily routines. Please tell us about her, Cindy. Were they blood relatives? About the same age? Were they close (it sounds like it). Not my any of my pets but my daughter in law passed away last Thursday She was 56 and she had sugar diabetes really bad. Double amputee.
