I suspect most family members, including our pets, share hours, but when I was growing up my Mother stayed up very late reading, I rose early. Our pets were always up before I was and came to bed with me. Anyone else?

The song on the “Memorials” tab..? That can be loaded on to a Memory Vessel, along with my favorite pet pictures! How meaningful and nice.

Oh my…Get out the tissues.. I am so moved. There is not one pet I do not think of of, from my first “Tiger” to the second, Cricket, Moses, Prince, Chivo, Tommy, Squirt, Wolf..All of my Loves. What a lovely song to remember them with. Thank you.

Hey Donna, I saw your Ask A Vet comment that said you live over in New Jersey. I entered your zip code in the Find Services area (like Toni suggested) and Cologne Animal Hospital popped up. It looks like their phone number is (609) 965-6008 and their website is http://www.cologneanimalhospital.com/ Might be a worthwhile place to check out?

Sorry it took so long for me to respond – I just moved back into my remodeled home. I would find it extremely difficult to let a foster go. Maybe I could be trained after 10 or 15 pets :-). I admire you and others who share this generous opportunity to have a loving home while waiting for a Forever Home. Good for you Jill!

Hi Toni! That photo was taken on one of the lakes in Ely, Minneosta on the Boundary Waters. It is one of our favorite places to vacation. I wish we lived there but my husband says he could not take the winters there. I would love it!! Our fur kids did not get to go with us on that trip. Thank you for the wonderful welcomes to the group. I am excited to participate.

Awesome! I’ve never been canoeing up there though it’s on the bucket list. We have a cabin at the Lake of the Woods (very “tip” of MN, probably about 4 hours NW of Ely) and I spent a week canoeing up there a while back. Tons of fun – camped out on a different island every night and there’s some very cool scenery, rock formations, etc. to see once you venture into the Canadian side of the lake. If you and your husband ever wanted to “mix it up” next time you’re visiting the land of 10,000 lakes, you may really enjoy it up there… especially if you like to fish. Hard to beat fresh walleye 🙂

I went canoeing up in MN with my brother last time I was up there, and it was pretty neat, although we hit some bad weather and almost like a movie, we were paddling against the wind and not moving but a few inches hahaha

She is a Chihuahua-Miniature Pincer mix. They weren’t completely sure about the Min-Pin but she’s mixed with something. She’s bigger than a typical Chihuahua

For the most part…as long as she’s where ever we are, she’s happy to nap or to play. She gets up when we do and goes to bed when we do.

Benny is the same way, @Melissa_Ritts. Pretty much follows my daily routine. He isn’t a morning puppy though!
