We do have special bonds with certain pets, just as we do people. We love all of our babies, but some “relate” to us more than others. If you can, think of your wonderful times with Max and find joy there💕 -

I am so sorry, Grace Anne. Max sure was a good looking boy. How long were you together? How old was Max? You will always miss him, and think of him, and I hope more of your memories bring you happiness for the love and fun you were lucky to share. @nadine69 💔Nadine, today marks your third year after saying goodbye to beloved little Angel and we are thinking of you with hopes that your memories bring you joy💕As much as we never want to part, the times we shared fun and love hopefully outweigh the pain of parting. Today is a very depressing day, but I can close my eyes and see Angel doing her happy dance, her big bushy tail wagging so hard, and her running with such exuberance in circles around me, but I do so miss her. I do have three girls, and I love them to pieces but Angel was definitely my soul dog. I noticed my 18 month old Golden Retriever doing circles in her excitement the other day, something Angel did once in a while, although she was more prone to do a happy dance, her paws dancing out her joy. I will be ok, just trying to work through the depression of her being gone. Thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate them.

Tara, that is a lovely story. Thank you for sharing it with us. When a cat walks up to you, yep – you have been claimed👍While we never want to say goodbye, we know the day we meet that one day we will part, but the times spent together, and the love we share, make the pain of parting worth going through. It hurts terribly, but we can hink back on the many wonderful joys we shared and find comfort in those sweet memories. 💕I wish you and yours a lovely, loving holiday season. Our group meetings begin at 7PM Eastern time, 4 Pacific, the third Thursday of each month. This month we will meet December 21st. You are welcome to join in any time, and leave when you want, but it’s good to come at the beginning to ‘meet’ everyone. You will find kind, caring, understanding friends who welcome and support you. Martha 🤗How good to hear from you. Thank you for sharing the stories behind the names for Raina and Sheba. Makes sense :-). And a HUGE THANK YOU for giving darling Mitsy a loving home 🙌I have to believe the universe drops pets on us whether we think we’re ready or not. The Rolling Stones said it purrrrfectly – “You don’t always get what you want, but you get what you need”. Do you think? I am always so sorry for the losses of our beloved pets and think your ornaments are a lovely tribute. And I am delighted you opened your home and heart to more love with Mitsy!
