Oh wow – beautiful. “Ebony and Ivory”… Thank you for this, Sheryl. It’s so nice to see them. How long have they been together?-
2 years they are sisters-
Wow – they are like my sister and me – she’s blonde, blue-eyed, and I’m brunette, brown eyes. Don’t have the same coloring, but couldn’t be closer !

Whew – That’s so good to hear. You both must feel so much better and I bet Thor can get back to normal with you there for him. Let us know tomorrow, Dawn. Thank you for letting us know. 🙂 Toni -

Kate, I am having a hard time looking at these beautiful pictures because Jane really does look like Squirt. I don’t have digital pictures of her, but I’ll try to take a picture of a photo (what?) and post it so you can see. Your photos came through just great. They are so special and touching. May we share them with our social media?-
Hi Tori – I’m so sorry !! I’m having a really rough time as well . I’m trying to print out pictures to make a memory wall , but the years have not stopped since that day in October . I lost my very best friend and soul mate and everything just hurts so bad . I can’t wait to see pictures of your Squirt . And , you can absolutely share any or all of my pictures .. I’d be honored if you do . ❤️She was such a special girl !!!

Oh…how old was Muffin? Did she have kittens, or just “mothered” your other cats? Did she live with Prosper? -

Julie, how tragic. I am so very sorry. Will you share the story, and let us know how you are. I am not familiar with “Leonburger” – do you have pictures of Prosper, or can you tell us about that breed?-

This isn’t him of course but it’s the spitting image of him.-
Julie, Thank you so much for the images of Leonbergers. What beautiful dogs. Are you aware of any particular challenges or ailments for their breed? Many larger dogs have hip problems, etc.

Well, that is tough, Bonnie. But he was in good shape until the last few days? You took great care of him, and it is always sooooo hard to say goodbye, but in our heads we know we have limited time with them, in our hearts, they live forever. Stay involved with us, please, and let us know how you are coming along. Hugs. -

Elizabeth, what a lovely tribute you have made to Angel and Gabriel. I feel as if I know them each a bit with what you wrote. Did something happen that they both passed within four days? I see they lived full lives, and that shows how much, and well, you cared for them. Thank you for sharing with us. I hope you continue to share stories and photos, and if you can, reach out to others in our community who can use some kind words. Toni-
Hi Toni, Angel had a stroke about 5 months prior to Dec 15. It went from bad to worse as she then started having violent seizures which caused her ability to walk, caused her to lose her sight. I had her on homeopathic belladonna right after the first seizures, and for a little while it seemed to straighten her out some before she took a nose dive and lost her sight. I had to decide what was best for her, and I just could not see my beautiful, vibrant Angel girl suffering anymore from the seizures, so confused because she could not see, unable to get around without my help, and she was not only my best friend, and my mobility service dog, she was the VERY beat of my heart. Her and Gabriel had never been apart from the time he was 4 months old and she was 6 weeks, so he lost all will to live without her, and the night he passed, I had been cuddling him on my bed, he wanted down, acted like he wanted to potty and he could use the potty pads, so I put him In the floor which he…

When did you part from them? May I ask what happened? I think it’s helpful 1. to talk about it 2. to help the others of us learn. Karen, are you doing kind things for yourself, I hope? I know you hurt, but hope you are able to find smiles among the tears. -

@carry Carry, what different names your pets had – Claws and Draven. I am so curious about how they got their names, and what kind of pets they were. Will you tell us and show us some pictures, please? Are you doing okay?
-
I have several different cats and two dogs draven got his name from the movie The Crow and claws got his because he always had his claws out I also had an autumn .raize Trinity. a stormy half pint Sparrow koda raven and a Wicca who all passed away last year
-
They all had their personalities draven was one of a kind I found him and his brothers when they were really young someone poisoned them and I brought them in a nurse them back to health then about a year later he wound up with a bad upper respiratory infection and he almost didn’t make it but somehow I knew he was strong enough and he made it he was my best friend for 11 years and I lost him on Halloween 2020 it’s very hard to go on without him but I still have his three brothers with me claws was my big old teddy bear
-
Wow, Carry, you are a wonderful pet lover to take in and embrace so many lives. I admire you and am glad you are in our community. I am so sorry you had to part ways but you really helped him through so much. Are his brothers doing okay? Please, stay in touch with us, let us know how you are, and if you want and find some community members that touch you, reach out to them, too. I’ll be looking for your updates. Toni

@angeltardis2005 Hello Lynn. I am sorry for your losses of Jesse and Joseph. What type of pets were they? Did they live with you at the same time? May we see pictures, and hear about them, and how you are doing? Is there anything we can do?

Oh Jennifer, They really never do leave our hearts and thoughts. And we know when we fall for them that they are “on loan” to us, but boy, it hurts in the deepest levels when we have to part from them. Do you have other pets now? -

Sabi, is Chopper watching TV? I know some pets take after us and watch things on TV. Any favorite shows of his? By the way, the Puppy Bowl is on TV before the Super Bowl ;-). I love that and he might like it, too. Thank you for the joy of seeing Chopper with the cool blanket. Please share more “Fun With Chopper” moments… -

Bonnie, you made me laugh – a can of wet cat food for her birthday – that’s too cute. I take it she usually eats dry? I had a cat that literally walked in my door and adopted me, and she would only eat dry food. The vet said that was fine, and that cat (Chivo) lived a great, healthy life on the dry food. But you made me laugh. Thank you for that! -

I wish I had told you about Memory Vessels, Chuck . They have two compartments for physical mementos like remains or fur, plus a USB Flash Drive to store photos of Dexter, all in one beautiful heart shaped, substantial piece. We also have beautiful hand blown glass pieces that have the remains integrated in the glass. Take a look through our Shop, or call me. Also, I want to ask you if fire departments provide window and door stickers that alert emergency responders to pets inside a building. I have one I got years ago and don’t know where I got it. How are you doing now? Toni -
