Hi Tori – I’m so sorry !! I’m having a really rough time as well . I’m trying to print out pictures to make a memory wall , but the years have not stopped since that day in October . I lost my very best friend and soul mate and everything just hurts so bad . I can’t wait to see pictures of your Squirt . And , you can absolutely share any or all of my pictures .. I’d be honored if you do . ❤️She was such a special girl !!!-

Jane especially loved to hang out with our bunny PJ BunBun . The last week or so , she would only eat for him . I’d bring up some of her food and put her next to him while he ate his salad . She would lay down initially, but he would gently nudge her , and she would get up and eat . The last picture is right before I took her to the vets office to be put to sleep . It was their last goodbye . Pj still looks for her 💔 -

Here are some pictures of my sweet Jane with her siblings . She loved them all so very much , and was so gentle to them all . She would kiss them each every day .-
Kate, I am having a hard time looking at these beautiful pictures because Jane really does look like Squirt. I don’t have digital pictures of her, but I’ll try to take a picture of a photo (what?) and post it so you can see. Your photos came through just great. They are so special and touching. May we share them with our social media?-

Sherry , she is beautiful !! I’m so sorry for your loss !! I’m devastated, and like you mentioned , no one seems to truly understand. Jane was my whole world , and my world has gone dark . I’m having a really rough time !!-
Thank you for your kind words. It is so comforting to know that there are people out there in the world that understand what an impact it has on us to loose a huge piece of our heart.Bella was acting fine, then the next morning she was crying and her breathing was raspy and labored. She had urinated on herself. This was so unexpected. We had to help her cross Rainbow Bridge. We have lost so many wonderful
fur-babies. I lost my Soul mate Smokey. He was a beautiful male Russian Blue. We had him for 20 years. He truly was my soul mate, my heart. I love all of my kitties, but Smokey truly was my soul mate.

Thank you Kate. Squirt was with me half my life and we went through everything together. She’s been gone a long time and I will always get happy, warm, loving feelings thinking of her. Jane was younger than Squirt and went through so much. You are a dear person to have given her such care. I am delighted you are part of our community and we would love to see Jane’s brothers – the guinea pigs and bunny brother. With pictures if possible 🙂

Jane was only 11 years old . We adopted her when she was 2-3 years old . She was such a brave , strong kitty . She was my soulmate . She endured surgery to remove ear polyps , years ago and they found she had MRSA. Then about a year and a half ago , she had surgery to remove 2 mammary cancer spots . A few months before her passing we learned that the cancer metastasized to her lungs , and she was having trouble breathing . She then stopped eating . She was the greatest best friend , and always so gentle abs loving to her guinea pigs and bunny brother . -

Oh Kate, you bring me many sweet memories because your Jane reminds me very much of my Squirt, who was nineteen when we parted. She was what they called a “Long-Haired Torty” (for tortoise). Jane could be Squirt’s great, great, great….well, you get the idea. How old was Jane? How long were you together? Are you having more smiles than tears now? I know the tears and feelings come over you, but are you feeling better? Toni

Hi Kate. I see the picture of your sweet Jane and she reminds me of our precious Bella who we recently lost. We are still devastated. Our family and friends do not understand the love that my husband and I share for our kitties. The pain of loosing them never leaves us.

Oh my dog, Kate, she really looks like Squirt in this picture. What a beauty. I sent you a message a second ago, and really want to hear from you about how you are and what we can do to help you, if anything.
