Anything you would like to share, we are here for you. The first holiday, birthday and anniversary are especially difficult and I invite you to come to our group meeting December 19th to talk about your feelings amongst our caring people. Randy! It’s so nice to hear from you, and thank you for your update about Renzo and Rowan🤗Oh my goodness, what gorgeous boys they are! It’s hard to believe so much time has passed since you said goodbye to Ranger and Axel💔and I just know that they are delighted for the joy and love you are sharing with R & R🙌I am also very sorry to hear of your Father’s passing. Ouch. That hurts. I don’t know which is worse – seeing our loved ones decline and suffer, or have an unexpected passing. I’ve been through both and can only say that both are losses, and that we can work to find comfort from the happy memories we shared. I am truly sorry💔Holidays bring forth strong emotions and I hope you, your wife and family find, and make loving, happy new memories this season, and always💕We would love to meet you all and I invite you to join our group meeting on Thursday December 19th at 7PM Eastern. You can stay as long as you like, share as much or little as is comfortable, but I would certainly like to see Renzo and Rowan 🤗Sending you all my sincere Best Wishes for a wonderful holiday and a fabulous New Year. What a darling picture of adorable Slick❤️I am so sorry, Melody. How did you meet? How long were you together? Did Slick have pet-mates or was he a loner? Please tell us about him, and your lives together. It’s always hard to say goodbye, and the holidays can bring up strong emotions. Oh Robin, the hardest, kindest gesture we can make is to give our babies a peaceful passing so they are no longer suffering. I am so very sorry you had to make that decision for Fergus, and I hope you can find some comfort knowing that your selfless, generous act gave him release from his pain.💔

Debbie, I am so sorry💔Yes, your pain is deep, and your life and home have changed. It hurts in ways nothing else can. We can crawl through this together. May I ask how long you and Buddy shared a loving, fun life together? How did you meet? Is your life better for having shared it with him? What do you think Buddy would want to say to you – perhap you can write a note TO you, FROM him, saying what you think he would want you to know. I suspect Buddy would be grateful for his life with you and want you to remember the many wonderful times you were so lucky to share. Our beloved babies are only on loan to us, never for long enough (forever wouldn’t be long enough), but we can actively recall the many joys we shared, and be happy to have shared our times together. Debbie, we have an online group meeting the third Thursday of each month at 7PM Eastern – Dec. 19th is our next one – and I hope you will join us to talk about Buddy. We are here for you. Toni -

Paula, I am so very sorry💔An unexpected death is shocking, and it is understandable to question what happened, and if or how you could have prevented it. Have you spoken with Scooter’s doctor? Was there an underlying cause? Eleven doesnn’t sound long to us, forever isnn’t long enough with our darlings, but perhaps that was Scooter’s time and he is now resting peacefully. We may never know the exact reason for Scooter leaving, but I hope that you try to find joy in remembering the many fun and loving times you were lucky to share with him. Cathy, I am so sorry💔We want to have our beloved babies forever, but they are only on loan to us, never for long enough. We know that in our heads, but our hearts shatter when we say goodbye. I hope you can pull forth memories of the many years you and Jasper were so fortunate to share. His love, and yours, will always be with you. This is an extremely tough time of the year (there is no good one) to say goodbye. Here in the US it is Thanksgiving time and I encourage you to think of the many ways in which you are grateful for having Jasper in your life. Perhaps you can write him a note expressing that, and you could write a note FROM Jasper to YOU with what you think he would want you to know. I suspect Jasper would be grateful to you for the loving life you shared with him. Cathy, please keep us updated about how you are doing. And please accept my sincere condolences. Toni -

Jean, How nice to hear from you. You have had such a loss – I lost my husband many years ago and it still hurts. The pain does lessen, don’t you find? But we will always carry a bit of grief within us, I think. And yes, our pets mourn losses, too, not only of a human, but other pets in our family. It is so hard to watch our elderly pets become frail, and anticipating their passing is painful every day. I am sorry Bradley is aging, but happy for the years of love and joy you have shared. Jean, please feel welcome to stay engaged with us and let us know how you, Bradley and your other pup are faring. Pearl, I am so sorry you had to say goodbye to darling Munchkin💔Your final gift of a peaceful passing is the most loving, generous thing you could do for him. And it hurts deeply and in ways no other loss can. I hope you can recall the many fun, funny, loving times you were lucky to share with Munchkin, and with Brownie, and find some comfort in your memories. You are welcome to light a candle for Brownie, too. Please keep us updated about how you are doing, especially during the holiday season – it can be especially hard at this time. We are here for you. I hope you can remember all the wonderful times you were so lucky to share, and that you find some comfort knowing Vinny had a marvelous life with you. Oh Vicky, I am so very sorry for your loss of Baby💔Your feeling of being”lost” is understandable – you shared a loving life with Baby and now she is not with you. It is devaastating. How long were you together? How old was Baby? Was she unwell I hope you can find a bit of comfort knowing she is at peace, and that you can remember some of the many fun, funny, times you shared.
