    This afternoon was really hard. I had 3 of my grandkids and they don’t fully understand what happened. Trying to explain it to them so they understand is hard. It broke me. Lil Bit was closest to the middle child. Kyler was his boy. It’s like one minute I’m fine and the next I can’t stop crying

      Thank you so much. The vet called me this past Friday and I was able to go get his ashes and bring him home. I’m having good days and bad days. I miss my sweet boy so much.

        I lost my sweet boy this past Saturday
        He would have been 15 on April

          Oh Alisa, this must be Lil Bit. He certainly WAS a “lil bit” wasn’t he? What a charming, fun and great spirit, to share your fun and joy with costumes and posing. I am a bit teary viewing his adorable pictures (I am already in love with him), and I know how hard it is for you especially since your parting is so recent, but thank you for sharing with us. You can share your tears and pain with us, as well as your happier times when you are ready. We know in our heads, intellectually, that you both enjoyed a long run together, but boy, the emotions run deep and it takes time to find smiles before tears. So Alisa, stay with us and let us support you, and know we are here for you. I am sending you a big {{HUG}}

            Oh he was so precious. I’m sorry that you’re hurting. It does ease with time, I promise. Always remember that between hello and goodbye there was so much love. Take care

                Of course you are grieving, Alisa. My goodness, Lil Bit is so recently gone and his energy and presence are still very much with you. We are all here for, and with you, to share your grief, and lend you our support. His pictures are very adorable…loaded with his personality….I am so very sorry….Let us know how you are coming along.
