Sonya, thank you for that… yes , they leave paw prints on out hearts, don’t they? I think, people who are touched by pets and all animals are kinder, more accommodating and accepting than those who aren’t. There is a love and energy between pets and people that is pure.

Yes I agree with you 💯 percent. I know the love I have have for animals, is what really keeps me going.

Yes. I agree. People are over rated… Our pets, and other animals are so much kinder so often. Some people are okay and really good, but almost every “animal” is…don’t you agree? But, here we are together, loving our pets, missing them and sharing that. Thank you, Sonya, for being in our community, and if you can, when you can, please lend your sympathy and support to others here. And here’s to a safe and happy New year!

Yes. People are over rated. I have only a handful of people who are true to me. But I have met much more sweet, loving and caring animals. And I am glad I join this group. I am looking forward to reaching out to other people. And I hope your New Year is healthy and happy too.

I just realized that people are posting photos of animals that they have still living and some that have passed. Me being so upset, may have mixed things up, the kitty cat is still living the doggie in my profile photo is now gone. Sorry I just caught my mistake.

Sonya, you did it right – all posts flow into the “Community” area, and my webmaster and I are looking at separating the two sections. I am really glad you will reach out to others because we all need some support. Let us know how you are doing. Hopefully the new year will be better….

Yes I like to help others that are grieving. Because I know the pain and I look for someone to comfort me too. I hope the new year, is more happy for all of us. 😊

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThis is their big brother Dash he’s a 3 year old Catahoula Leopard Dog. Full of energy and life. Adopted at 6 months old he brings youth back into our lives. He even has a title. Daschel the Trucking Catahoula. As we are in a semi over the road and he just loves it. Been trying to find time for a FB blog of his travels.-
WOW! What a looker! I’ve not heard of this breed and want to know more, please. Oh good – post his travels on our Facebook pages : MYFaithfulfriends. Be sure to put MY in front of Faithfulfriends for Facebook. We’ll follow along with him, and you. That is very cool and I am excited to see where we all go.

It’s a warm day here. Crows are cawing, so the cat and I went outside to join them and I was treated to a cat & crow Christmas caroling. It was lovey to hear the harmonization among them. I hope we all find harmony amongst ourselves, and that everyone has a good holiday. -

He looks a little like Tofu, too. Very good looking.

Oh Debbie – you are welcome, but I mean it – he looks like the color of tofu. I like to eat tofu…..rarely…but sometimes. But what a cute name that fits him. How is he doing? What is he doing? Winter is tough – no bugs to chase, or whatever he is in to 🙂

Debbie, by “bad” do you mean feisty, or in bad health? I hope he’s feisty and is doing well. My previous cat was 19, and my cat now is going to be seventeen in March.

He is still feisty. He chases the other cats and they are all scared of him. He has no teeth and it’s deaf but he keeps all the other ones on there toes.

Sikorra, I am so sorry. She is certainly adorable and was much too young. I’m not familiar with leptospirosis – can you tell us about it? Are there symptoms we should watch for? Does it primarily hurt young pups, only dogs, or other animals? Your experience may help others and is appreciated. The people in our community are here to support and sympathize with one another, so let us know how we can help you. Toni
