My mom\’s blue gold yorkie Nala almost three years ago, and still feels like yesterday we lost her a 6 1/2 mths old from leptospirosis…all because we abided by the contract that the breeder made stating do not get the leptospirosis shot. Precious lil firecracker. I still get teary eyed when I say that.

We miss her so much passed away from leptospirosis at 6 1/2 mths old hard to believe it\’s been 2 yrs ago already

  Sikorra, I am so sorry. She is certainly adorable and was much too young. I’m not familiar with leptospirosis – can you tell us about it? Are there symptoms we should watch for? Does it primarily hurt young pups, only dogs, or other animals? Your experience may help others and is appreciated.
