    Everyday I think of my Scarlett girl who was the light of my life. Tomorrow will be 1 month since I had to put her down. She had a tumor in the stomach the size of a basketball which was cancerous and was attached to her spline. I feel so bad that the pain she had to be in is unknown to us humans because they love us unconditionally, I’m just glad that she doesn’t have to suffer anymore. I love and miss you everyday. I can’t wIt to see you again. Love your mommy

      Hi Cindy. One month is a strong marker of Scarlett’s passing and I know it is very hard for you. Even though she was needing to find comfort and release from her terrible affliction (I’ve known other dogs with similar masses), the hole left in your home and heart is painful. I am so sorry. Wouldn’t it be nice if they could tell us when something is wrong? Your pictures show she had an adventuresome life with you and that is wonderful. How old was she? How did you meet? We will be thinking of you tomorrow, and after, and are here to listen and support you, Cindy. Hang in there and stay with us. It’s not much, but here is a {{HUG}} for you. Toni

        So sorry to hear of Scarlett’s passing. Please don’t blame yourself for not being aware of Scarlett’s illness. Animals have a way of hiding illness abs disease until it’s to late. Both of my girls whom I lost with in less than two months of each other would never have been diagnosed with their thyroid and kidney disease if they hadn’t presented with other medical concerns for which I brought them to the vet. Scarlett wants you to try to remember and cherish all the wonderful happy times you shared together. Her love for you even from beyond is unconditional. Holding you in prayer.
