Thank you, yes today is hard. I had pictures as memories come up in my Facebook feed. It feels like my heart is breaking all over again. We are taking a trip this weekend because my husband seems to think it I’ll be good for me. All I can think of is a trip without her. -
You have a kind husband. He, and you, and we, know you carry Raina with you in your heart, soul and thoughts. You’re not “escaping”, you are opening yourselves to new smells, colors, events and environments by going elsewhere and I hope it does you all good – think it will. Getting out of our heads and homes can help a lot. And I think you should allow yourself to cry when you need to, and maybe bring something of hers along, to hold and comfort you ???? Martha, this takes time, and I hope a change of place will allow you and your husband to be present in those moments together. Please, let us know how it’s going, or how it went. It may help others to hear about it. I’ll definitely be thinking of you. Toni
