    How do you all teach your pets new tricks?

      I wish I had more time to teach Benny more tricks but I’ve used treats as encouragement in the past. How about you?

        Thanks Cody. I’ve been trying to offer a reward and it seems to work. They make Dried Liver treats that seriously are the most delicious things for him…..he will do just about any trick haha…i think it’s just repeating maybe?

      I worked a lot with Shey when she was a puppy. I had her trained to do a lot of things and used treats and praise. As she got older, I didn’t keep up on it so she forgot a lot of it..and I understand now why she didn’t “give paw” anymore…I wouldn’t want to lift up one of my legs if I couldn’t depend on the others either 😉

      With Tidbit, I have tried a few different ways to teach her things but she doesn’t seem to interested. I have tried several times over the years to teach her to play and she doesn’t really take to toys or balls.
