Those faces! What expressive pups they were. It looks as if they had a wonderful place to romp and explore. How lucky were they, and you, to share such a fun, loving life💕We wish they could be with us forever. Oh, they knew and know how loved they were. Sheba was a character, she was definitely one of a kind ,too smart for her own good loved, going for a ride even if it was only 2ft. -

The two sisters, now my angel babies.. I hope they both know how much they were loved,and the pieces of my heart they took with them.-

Oh my, Brandi. What a touching story. You paid your uncle a huge honor by working so hard to find Jazzy and welcome him into your home and heart. How lovely and loving of you. Yes, it takes a moment to fall in love and we never have enough time with our beloved pets, but Jazzy certainly lived his best life and for a long time. Hi Toni! I’m doing well, thanks. I lost Marq 2 years ago, but I still miss him every day. We survived my abusive marriage together. We had such a special connection. I’m just figuring things out on here, but I will post pictures soon -

He was such a character.. His name fit. No, I’m not holding up so well. I can’t eat, sleep, or think straight. I just cry. He has a VERY special story. He belong to my uncle for 13 years. My uncle suddenly and unexpectedly passed away. He had traveled out of town to a wedding and left Jazzy with a dog sitter, but no one knew who she was, or where she was and all of Houston. It took me three days, around the clock, 85 phone calls to every dog sitting service I could find. With the help of Facebook and Instagram, I found Jazzy. I drove from New Mexico to Houston with pneumonia to go get him, all while grieving the loss of my dear uncle. I brought Jazzy home to my home with a little land, and 7 other dogs. He was 15 at the time, I knew we didn’t have a long time but he brought abundant joy and happiness in the 4 1/2 years I had him. We got each other through the loss of my uncle. We went through a lot together in our short time. We loved a lifetime though… -

It’s a hard day today.. 4 days since I said goodbye to Jazzy. I can’t stop crying, I can’t eat or sleep..-

Oh Brandi, I am so, so sorry for your loss of Jazzy 💔 I know how devastated you are feeling and my heart hurts for you. It’s only been 4 days and you are still in the beginning stages of grief. The very worst time in my opinion. Take care of yourself and I hope you will find some peace soon. Sending you comforting hugs 💔 -

My daughter picked her for me at the local adoption center . It was about 6 months after our other two dog went over the rainbow bridge. Dot and Spud, she didn’t want me to be rattling around an empty house missing Spud and Dot. -

Well, I find myself once more lighting a candle this time for Raina\’s sister. One year and 3 1/2 months after her sister went over the rainbow bridge, Sheba joined her. Sheba was 12 ³4 years old. She was our Pearl Harbor day baby. She was 53 days from her 13th birthday. Unfortunately, Mae played alittle to rough and hurt her back severely. Odds weren\’t good for surgery, and because of where we live a wheelchair wasn\’t feasible. It was so hard seeing her in that much pain. It was a hard choice but the right one. Mae is missing her older sister tonight as are the rest of us. Fly high my baby, no more pain. Three first picture is her doing her favorite thing and going for a ride. She would always be our stowaway.-

Mac. I\’ve decided to call the little darling Mac after Connor MacCleod from the clan MacCleod – the immortal in The Highlander. If you don\’t know the movie, it\’s filmed in Scotland and is one of my favs. I told the kitten he is immortal to encourage him to not succumb to the panleukopenia that took his siblings. He tested negative yesterday and we have one more week to get through before he is in the clear. Thank you to everyone who is taking this journey with us.🤗 So far, so good.🙌{{HUGS}}Toni-
