Oh Teresa, I am so sorry💔You gave Lukey the most generous, kind and loving gift – a peaceful passing. It takes a lot of love to say goodbye, and that carries a lot of pain. Included in your grief are many memories of the fun, funny and loving times you and Lukey were lucky to share. I hope you can pull forth some of those good memories and find joy in knowing Lukey lived his best life with you. This is my baby Lukey I had to say goodbye to him on July 22nd 2024 because he got sick and I had to humanely euthanize him because he didn\’t need to suffer anymore. He was my baby and my best friend for the last 2 years and not a day goes by I have not cried. Love you Lukey and miss you so much RIP baby boy-

The hardest thing I’ve ever had to do it say goodbye to my Dexter. He got CHF unexpectedly. I cried for days. 4 months later I got Dixie and she’s been my saving grace. Don’t be afraid to get another pet. You’re not replacing him, just expanding your love circle. God bless -

I seriously tried to join but never did Zoom before. It wanted me to jump through hoops and add all kinds of numbers and stuff. Sorry just didn’t know what to do. I’m very sorry that I’m old and don’t get this stuff. But I did try-

Martha, the silence can be deafening💔It is hard not to feel a wave of sadness wash over you. Can you try to recall more fun and funny moments when that happens? It is good to cry – it helps get rid of toxins. Exercise can help, too, especially if you can go outside. And talking about your feelings with people who understand is very helpful. My pretty Angel crossed the bridge recently. I still walk by the room I had his night cage thinking I\’m forgetting him. Only to not find him there. He was my funny, and annoying Goffin Cockatoo. My home is so silent now. I miss his dancing and random talking.
