Cathy, I am so sorry💔We want to have our beloved babies forever, but they are only on loan to us, never for long enough. We know that in our heads, but our hearts shatter when we say goodbye. I hope you can pull forth memories of the many years you and Jasper were so fortunate to share. His love, and yours, will always be with you. This is an extremely tough time of the year (there is no good one) to say goodbye. Here in the US it is Thanksgiving time and I encourage you to think of the many ways in which you are grateful for having Jasper in your life. Perhaps you can write him a note expressing that, and you could write a note FROM Jasper to YOU with what you think he would want you to know. I suspect Jasper would be grateful to you for the loving life you shared with him. Cathy, please keep us updated about how you are doing. And please accept my sincere condolences. Toni -

Jean, How nice to hear from you. You have had such a loss – I lost my husband many years ago and it still hurts. The pain does lessen, don’t you find? But we will always carry a bit of grief within us, I think. And yes, our pets mourn losses, too, not only of a human, but other pets in our family. It is so hard to watch our elderly pets become frail, and anticipating their passing is painful every day. I am sorry Bradley is aging, but happy for the years of love and joy you have shared. Jean, please feel welcome to stay engaged with us and let us know how you, Bradley and your other pup are faring. Hello friends. It’s been a while that I have posted. Last year(2023)I lost my husband to pancreatic cancer and my 2 dogs miss him terribly. I’m so sorry to read of the losses of your beloved pets. Our husky mix Bradley is almost 13 and having some issues walking but he makes it out to potty but know my time with him is growing short-he’s a big boy(over 150 pounds).

Lost my Jasper Nov 22,2024. I had him 15+years. I thought we’d grow old together, I’m gutted he’s gone. So much love💔🌈-

I lost my boy Scooter on November 20th. It hasn\’t even been a week. He was 11 but it was so unexpected. I keep questioning if there was something else I could have done.-
Paula, I am so very sorry💔An unexpected death is shocking, and it is understandable to question what happened, and if or how you could have prevented it. Have you spoken with Scooter’s doctor? Was there an underlying cause? Eleven doesnn’t sound long to us, forever isnn’t long enough with our darlings, but perhaps that was Scooter’s time and he is now resting peacefully. We may never know the exact reason for Scooter leaving, but I hope that you try to find joy in remembering the many fun and loving times you were lucky to share with him. Pearl, I am so sorry you had to say goodbye to darling Munchkin💔Your final gift of a peaceful passing is the most loving, generous thing you could do for him. And it hurts deeply and in ways no other loss can. I hope you can recall the many fun, funny, loving times you were lucky to share with Munchkin, and with Brownie, and find some comfort in your memories. You are welcome to light a candle for Brownie, too. Please keep us updated about how you are doing, especially during the holiday season – it can be especially hard at this time. We are here for you. We lost our cat Munchkin yesterday. It has been a very hard time as we lost 2 loved ones yesterday. We had to make the hardest choice ever and that was to lose our fur baby so he wouldn\’t suffer due to undiagnosed diabetes. And just a short 12 hours after saying goodbye to him I lost my father. So yesterday was a horrible day. Munchkin, mommy and daddy will always love you and we will never forget you. There isn\’t a doubt in my mind that your sissy Brownie was waiting to walk you over the rainbow bridge. Although you are gone from our site you will NEVER leave our hearts. Go sit on papaw Joe\’s lap and give him kisses from me.-

My sweet Sadie crossed the rainbow bridge a month ago. She was 11yrs old and a rescue since 8wks. She was my world and I miss her so much.-
