I’m missing you terribly my beloved Daughter Sunshine as your 12th Birthday approaches. It’s just over a month since your 2 year Anniversary in Heaven and the day of your beautiful Birth on the horizon. I carry you like a fire in my heart everyday, the tears still flow and the pain and longing for you intense. You were my one and only Sunshine there will never ever be another you. God’s great gift and blessing to my life. With all of Mommy’s love hugs and kisses all the way up to Heaven furevermore🙏🐾❤️☘️🌹🎼💋☀️🌞🦋✝️💐-

Aine, I am so sorry for your parting from beautiful Sunshine. We have special bonds with special pets and yours is strong and to be treasured. I hope you are finding joy with your memories of the many fun, funny and loving times you and Sunshine shared. Our pets are only “on loan” to us, never for long enough. Hi there Dawn, we will always miss the ones that were so important to us. Mama Kiki has been gone 5years and I miss her a lot. As long as we carry a memory of them they will live in our hearts forever. -

My Isis passed away in March 2023 from Kidney Disease, I miss her so much, till we meet again my sweet friend…

Randy, It is good to hear from you no matter what amount of time passes. I think of you and Remzo and hope you’ll send some more pictures of him. We’d love to see him now. You say it perfectly – the empty sadness. It’s not the acute pain of parting, but a lingering ache that comes when we think of their end of life. It sounds as if you are also able to recall the happy and fun times with Ranger and Axel, and that’s a good way to honor them. You and/or your wife are always welcome to join our monthly group meeting the third Thursday of each month. The links are under “Events”. Hi everyone. Sorry I haven’t posted in so long. Life is a whirlwind ride sometimes & doesn’t always slow down. It’s coming up on 2 yrs since we lost our 2 German Shepherds in an 8 day span. Also nearly 2 yrs since we adopted another male G.S.D. named Renzo. Truly, time waits for no one. Blink & it’s gone. All is well w/Renzo but I still find myself lost & disheartened when I recall that fateful time in July 2021 when we lost our 2 boys. I smile & remember good, fun times when looking @ their pics while also feeling an empty sadness due to their sudden loss. Renzo has been wonderful as a dog & companion though, so we are thankful for that. We’ve actually considered adopting another G.S.D. (hopefully a white one) since we are so enamored w/the breed. We’ll have to see what the future brings. Any how, hope all the pet lovers & members here are enjoying good times w/your fury friends. Take care all & have a great summer.

Yep, gotcha Lori. My Beauty Girl (aka Deanna) sadi goodbye Feb, 2022 – 16 months ago – and tonight I felt again her absence. Walter is gone two weeks now and I am still happy he had a comfortable passing, but we do, and should, and will, always miss them. I find great joy in knowing I gave them their best lives full of love , and I hope you do, too. Toni -
