@shelby Hello and welcome, Shelby. I am so sorry for your parting from Skeeter. What a fun name. How did you come to that? What kind of pet was Skeeter? May we see some pictures and hear about Skeeter? And Shelby, how are you doing? Okay? Not so good? We’re here for you.

Dear Romeo, today you would have been 15 years old, but, unfortunately, you did not make it. I never imagined you wouldn’t be here. I thought we had more time, until that terrible morning in January when out of nowhere, without any warning, you suddenly died. I will never forget those last moments of your life. The memory of that morning will be with me for the rest of my days. You are gone from me and so is the life we shared. My heart is broken and I will never be the same again. Happy Birthday, my love. Broken 💔 💔

Brony, hope you had a very nice Birthday. You are a year younger than my son, he was 58 on the 6th. So, I should get a goldfish? 🙂
I’ve been there and done that…..they die too easily. But, it was a good suggestion. Have a nice day! -
Brony…..xx

Maureen I think you should adopt two goldfish…..you will have a purpose then….take care.

Brony, you take care too

Scampie was 15 when he passed away. He has to be put suddenly down due to congestive heart failure. He was also a Bombay mix breed. Bombay’s are like mini panthers. You can find his Instagram account under In_Memory_of_Scampie I also have a cat named Wikki and he too also has a instagram account under Its_the_Wikkus_filesI have a you tube channel called The Wikki and Scampie show where there are videos of both Scampie and Wikki in it despite bury cats never met each other.
I have written a published true stories about Wikki and Scampie both stories can be found on Quotev. com under my pen name of Tetamarina66

Oh Sigrid, how sad, and to say goodbye to them both within a year is extra painful. I am so very sorry. Please share some photos of Tim and Lulu. Great names! As you know from being in our community for awhile, we’d love to have you join our group meeting July 20th. And a huge Thank You for your work with feral cats. D. who is a frequent participant in the group has insights about her feral cat and think you would enjoy hearing about that. Also Sigrid, thank you for the exquisite urns you create. Besides being treasured keepsakes, I can feel the love in each one. Finally, thank you for your kind support for all of us here.❤️ Toni -

Hi Marina. I am pleased to welcome you to our caring community. My Beauty Girl looked like Scampie. You can see her memorial in our Memorials tab. It’s always heartbreaking to lose a pet, but a sudden loss can be especially jarring and painful. May I ask what happened to Scampie? How long were you together? Do you have pets now? If so, you are welcome to tell us about them – we love to celebrate, too. In the Events tab to the right you will find the schedule and links for our monthly group meetings if you’d like to join us. I am sorry for your loss of Scampie and hope to hear more about your lives together. {{HUGS}} Toni -

Walter looks like a character and I agree: nothing is worse than to see them suffer! Yes, so much love is needed. Both my sweet cats, Tim and Lulu, passed away last year. I miss him sitting in front of the house where he would wait for us. He knew the sound of the car half a block away! And Lulu would drape herself all over my deck, making it very clear that this was her space and nobody else’s. My heart is healing but I decided to wait until the construction on our house is done by the end of the year hopefully. It would be too chaotic for them. So I teamed up with a neighbor to take care of the feral neighborhood cats. They are fiercely feral and I doubt I will be able to make them accept me closer than 4 feet away but it feels good to see them wait for me in the morning and evening and know somebody cares for them. -

I would love to snap a picture of the turkeys, but it’s way to hot this weekend, maybe it will cool down soon. There little feet would burn. It’s supposed to be 115 for a couple of days. As soon as I see them I’ll take a picture. Don’t worry about Thanksgiving, they are safe. They are wild turkeys and don’t taste good. -

I have a new member to my family. I missed Lulu so much. So I adopted a little kitty kat. Her name is Lucy. She came from Orland. Was living in a burned out barn with her two babies. The babies got a home. The lady that came to Lucy\’s rescue got her spayed and Lucy has been living alone in mobile since September. She is very shy a little over a year old. She now is living a normal life. She has the whole house to play, a cat tree to look out the window (something she\’s never done before). She was fed and safe but that was all. She stares at a bird-not knowing what it is. She adores watching TV for hours. She listens to me when I talk to her. She is becoming my companion. I had enough love to share it with her. Lulu would be pleased. I know I am.-
