She was an apricot rescued toy poodle. It’s coming up on a year that I lost her. I still struggle and on a day like today, I wish she was still here and we would go back to traveling in the 18 wheeler.-
Tabetha, anniversaries and holidays, especially the first year, can be brutal with the memories they stir. I hope you will allow yourself to acknowledge and express your grief at this time more than ever. I am sure even little things trigger big emotions and there’s nothing for it but to feel it. I suspect Ladybug would, and does, send you her gratitude for a life of love you shared, and wants you to have smiles before tears when you think of her, and the 18 wheeling fun….We’re here for you not only at this time, but always, and I hope you will touch base often, even if, maybe especially if, you are hurting. I’ll be thinking of you, and hope this {HUG} helps you a little bit. Toni
