I still miss my beloved babies and I think of both of them daily It has been 10 years for one and 5 for the other it still feels very new. I have since got a new baby that really does help with the pain. I have no pictures cause of loosing everything to a fire. They were Chihuahuas and are missed very much. View

Oh Ruth, yes, we always carry them with us. I am so happy you open your heart and home to other loves. There is a trade off between the joys we share and the grief when we part, but it’s worth it, isn’t it? Tough, but you wouldn’t trade it, right? Good for you, adopting another with whom you will create wonderful new memories. If you can, send us pictures of all your loves.
