Susan, THANK YOU for this list of Pet Preparedness. It especially pleases me because we offer Pet Power of Attorney and Pet Trusts through our relationship with our friends at Gentreo, with a discount. We ALL need to prepare for our pets’ care, not just in times of imminent emergencies and storms, but if something happens to us and we can’t provide care for them. Thank you so much for your wonderful posts. Keep ’em coming ๐

What a beautiful picture of your pooch. Those eyes are a window to his/her soul. -

Beth what a wonderful way to think of Ruby. I’m sure that all of our babies met Ruby at the Rainbow Bridge with wagging tails and smiling eyes🐾 -

Kathy, no matter how long Dale is gone, you will always carry his memory in your heart. I know what you mean about “smelling” Dale, when my Riley died, I could smell him for a long time. -

As someone who has lost both of my children it was just as hard losing my baby girl. She was my whole world.

I agree. A pet is there every day with you. A person usually isn’t. Grief is what it is for you.

Cheryl, I’m sure you gave Daisy a wonderful life and she wouldn’t have wanted you to carry your guilt of not being with her the day she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. Take comfort in knowing that Daisy will always live in your memory. -
