Allie was Welch sherperd who passed after having a stroke. She was 13 years old. Mumford, Mum for short, was adopted to fill the empty hole in my heart. He was a beagle/pug. He had a lot if medical problems including seizures and deformed inner ears. He got extremely ill with a disease that was around his heart. That’s when the vets also found cancer of his liver and it was going into his stomach. He passed Han 14 of 2016. He would’ve been 8 on May 3rd. He was my little Velcro dog.-
Rita, a “Velcro Dog” – that totally expresses what you mean – Mum stuck to you like glue, right? Poor little thing, fighting such battles, but how lovely and loving of you to care for him. That is so special and I hope you have comfort knowing what you did for, and with Mum, and Allie, is the kindest, most caring thing ….you are a very kind, caring person and I hope, when you heal, you can find room in your heart and home for another in need.
