It’s a place in my yard where I can go and reflect on the good times I shared with my cats. I plant catnip that I know they loved and just talk to them. -

Memorial gardens are a comforting way to remember your furrbabies. I have one in my back yard.
-
I’m glad you said that, Lynn. How do you use it to bring comfort?-

I am so sorry Cindy. I too lost a cat years ago that was hit by a car. I have found comfort in doing things in memory of my lost pets. Make a memorial garden or start a journal. You are in my thoughts.-
Oh Cindy, I am so sorry, too. My nine month old kitten was hit and killed years ago. It’s just shocking in it’s suddenness and all you can do is cry and feel guilty and angry, and get through it with support and love. We are all so so sad and sorry for you both. I love the name-Spud. If you want a special way to keep Spud near you, check out the Forever in Glass hand blown pendants in our shop. Henry Duquette will create a beautiful glass piece in the color you select. I have one and they are lovely and comforting. Please Cindy, stay with us here and let us know how you are coming along. We are thinking of you. HUGS.

Colt was my brother’s dog but we live together. Loss him to cancer right before Thanksgiving. Do you ever hear them bark in the night or hear their nails on the floor? I know Colt’s presence will always be here.

He was 12 and ended up with cancer. We had to remove his hind leg and he made it one more year until we had to let him go. -

Sophie is a Torty and a polydactyl (mitten kitty) and a rescued barn kitty found while I was exploring the back roads in Indiana on a camping trip.-
I enlarged the picture and see her paws. Yep – she’s a cutie alright. I would love to see more pictures of Sophie – she is a really cool cat and I want to know her better. Will you give her a purr and pet from me, please?
-
Lynn. How are you and Sophie?

Well alright, Sophie! You are one cool cat, girl. Love your colors, and your ‘catitude :-)… Is she a “Torty” or Calico? My Squirt looked like her but with really long hair. Thank you, Lynn, for sharing with us and please, tell us more about Sophie. Just love this picture. Toni

We lost our beabull Colt right before Thanksgiving.-
Oh geez, Lynn, that is so sad and I am so sorry. What a regal photograph of Colt, and what a perfect name for him – he looks so strong and smart. How old was Colt? What happened to him? How are you coping? Boy, those are sweet eyes….I can almost feel his breath… I am really sorry you had to part, and really want you to share your feelings with us if you like. Hug.
