My Sammy. I have lost all three of my babies in the last two years. To say I am grieving, would put it mildly. Sam was my boy dog. He was quiet, unobtrusive, and happy to be near me. He also had to sleep with me. Every night was a 3 dog night!!!
    • Oh no, that is too much pain. I am heartbroken for you. My, you enjoyed a lot of lovin’ and must have a bed as big as your heart. Yes, of course you are grieving, and I hope you can find the joy of your times together. You might try the journaling and understanding in “Griffin’s Heart” pet loss book a helpful tool to support you. We are here to listen, and lend our care. I’ll be thinking of you. HUGS
      • Linnsey, how are you doing today? I’m thinking of you. Toni

Maggie came to me as a rescue. I wasn’t pleased when my hubby brought her home, but the husk (husky) loved her, so she stayed. I had 4 others at the time. When my hubby died she grieved as much as I did, so we clung to each other for comfort. She slept on me, ate with me, played with Ells. I loved her so

My Ellie was a beautiful Siberian Husky with Arctic Blue eyes. She came to me at about 1 1/2 years old. Her owner
couldn’t handle her physically or mentally. Huskys are a handful. She loved running and playing with my Maggie (boxer). She was brilliant mentally, talked to me in husky language and comforted me like none other could. She understood me and responded to me in kind.

            This was my Maggie
            • When did you say goodbye to Maggie? How did you meet? How long were you together. Thank you for sharing your pictures. I know you miss them, and how hard it is to part. Hopefully you have smiles with the memories.
