Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThis is tofu he is 13 and a sweet boy. He is my friends cat but we all four live together in what we call the zoo.-
He looks a little like Tofu, too. Very good looking.-
Thank you.
-
Oh Debbie – you are welcome, but I mean it – he looks like the color of tofu. I like to eat tofu…..rarely…but sometimes. But what a cute name that fits him. How is he doing? What is he doing? Winter is tough – no bugs to chase, or whatever he is in to ๐

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThis is my old man ashes he is 19. And very bad.-
Debbie, by “bad” do you mean feisty, or in bad health? I hope he’s feisty and is doing well. My previous cat was 19, and my cat now is going to be seventeen in March.
-
He is still feisty. He chases the other cats and they are all scared of him. He has no teeth and it’s deaf but he keeps all the other ones on there toes.
-
You make me laugh, Ashes, you old tough guy…Very handsome, too.
-
Thank you.

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoWe miss her so much passed away from leptospirosis at 6 1/2 mths old hard to believe it\’s been 2 yrs ago already-
Sikorra, I am so sorry. She is certainly adorable and was much too young. I’m not familiar with leptospirosis – can you tell us about it? Are there symptoms we should watch for? Does it primarily hurt young pups, only dogs, or other animals? Your experience may help others and is appreciated. The people in our community are here to support and sympathize with one another, so let us know how we can help you. Toni

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThis is the rest of my crew lol. Diego the snake, Starla the canary and Spunky the chinchilla 💖-
Each of them has a personality I can see. I like snakes and worms, and think they get a bad rap sometimes. How big is Diego? Starla is the perfect name for a canary, and Spunky looks to be just that . Thanks for letting us meet them, and keep us updated on them.
-
Diego is hard to measure because he likes to curl up lol. We estimate he’s about
4 1/2-5 feet long.-
Wow, that’s impressive. What type of snake id Diego? How old, and how long do they usually live? Now, do all of them get along, or do you separate them? I find this very interesting.
-
He is a corn snake and they live up to 20 years in captivity. I was told he’d stop growing around 6 feet or so but every critter is different. I do keep them all separated although I’d love to get a family photo but it would be too difficult. Especially since Starla is very jumpy and Spunky came to us after being returned by his previous owner. For some reason he doesn’t like to be held and refuses to sit still. I love them all anyway 🥰
-
You make me smile and laugh with your backgrounds and stories, and I really enjoy this. Thank you! I’m not familiar with Corn Snakes, but will now look into them. He’s caught my eye :-). Canaries can be very affectionate and smart, so maybe Starla will come around in time and let you love on her, but I don’t know anything about Chinchilla’s. Do they usually like to be held? It sounds as if you have a lot of patience , obviously a huge capacity for caring, and are having a cheerful, if challenging, time. You simply must send more pictures and keep us in the loop with them all! If you get some holiday pics, please, share them. And have a fun, furry, feathery holiday!

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoMy cat Vinny getting ready for Christmas! He will be 8 in April.-
Yo’ Vinny :-). He’ s sooo handsome, and do I detect a ‘catitude there ๐ I like a cat who gets into the holidays. Very patient and tolerant of them, do you think? He looks very much like my cat – I call her Cat (and Beauty Girl). She is black with a tiny bit of white under her chin. She loves paper and plastic, so the holidays are purrrfect for her. She’s probably too old for Vinny though – she’ll be 17 in March!

That got a smile out of me :-). Thank you. Keep sending them, please?

Thank You she’s is the love of my life
-
I can see why – that face…those eyes…More pictures, please:-). I’ll try to post some of my sweetheart. She’s going to be 17 in March and we fell in love at first sight four years ago when I brought her home to Foster care for her after having all but one tooth extracted. She was really sick and is now facing kidney problems, but boy, she owns my heart.

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThis is my DAISY MAE. She\’s 11years old. Everyday is PRECIOUS. Shes \”a rescue\” from a friend who moved into a highrise apartment due to disability. She still comes and sees her. We own her ( I insisted) since I pay for medical care and feed her,and take her to the groomer. Love her immensely. She was here when we lost Addison. She \” took over\” Cooper\’s job of looking after Addison ( when Addison\’s sight got bad) .Daisy was sooo sweet like a real mama ❤. It was too cute. It will be devastating when she goes..😭-
Daisy Mae is toooo darling. I know what you mean about anticipating the days when they are gone, Paula. My soon to be seventeen year old kitty is doing okay, but failing, and I am devastated already thinking about saying goodbye. But, I wouldn’t exchange the years of love we’ve had. Enjoy Daisy Mae and know she’s very happy to be with you. Keep us posted. Hugs to you both.

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThis is my second cat, ger name is Precious. I love her very much. But Jasmine I will always miss. They are like night and day.-
Christina, I am sorry about Jasmine. What made Jasmine and Precious so different? Precious is beautiful – do you have pictures of Jasmine, too? How long has Jasmine been gone? Does Precious miss her? I have a 17 year old cat I adopted four years ago, and Squirt many years ago and she died at nineteen. I still miss Squirt too, but LOVE my cat (yes, I call her Cat, Beauty Girl, Sweetheart, etc.) I will always love them all and think of them often. Please show us Jasmine, and stay involved with our community of pet lovers. Toni

How old is Precious? She is really pretty. Interesting markings on her fur.
-
How is Precious different from Jasmine? They have definite personalities, that’s for sure.

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoThe first picture is Brighteyes and the second is Charley. They are both rescues. The black one is more friendly than the gray tiger. But we love them both. They were Birthday gifts from my husband one year apart from each other.-
Do they get along with each other? They’re really cute! How old are they now?
-
By the way, Charley looks quite a bit like my cat – a little white under the chin, although I suspect my girl is getting grey at seventeen ๐
-
Wow, 17, is she doing well? I had an all-black cat that lived till he was 19 and a Siamese 20. Got them when they were 8 weeks old at the time.

Celebrate 5 years, 7 months agoBiscuit and Blackie. RIP 🌈🌈-
I’m guessing Blackie is the cat? My old girl looks just like that. Did they live together or were they with you at different times? They’re awfully cute and I know you miss them a lot. But they look very happy and much loved.
-
Yes, I has Blackie until he crossed The Rainbow Bridge in January and Biscuit Crossed it in July .
-
Blackie was the Cat.
-
Oh, that’s sad and it hasn’t been very long. Do you find the holiday season makes it harder? I do, especially the first year without them. How are you doing ?
