To everyone
I just want to say to everyone that has lost their dog friend/companion recently, I know the pain is unbearable. I have lost 5 dogs in 47 years. Each had their own personality and I loved them all dearly. I know how bad it hurts. Hold onto the memories and try to remember that someday they will greet you on the other side of the rainbow bridge. Sending you all a virtual hug .-
Oh Gloria, thank you for the lovely, comforting and encouraging words. You are very kind and thoughtful. HUGS to You 🙂 Toni

Here are Teddy, Mickie is the brown cocker whose name is on the star, then there is Baxter who is also gone and looks like Teddy’s twin. All my buddies!-

Gloria, thank you for sharing the health information about Cocker Spaniels. Sharing that type of information is so helpful and important to our community. I encourage everyone to do the same. My neighbor adopts old Cocker Spaniels and for those who don’t know, most breeds have Rescues dedicated to them. I am sorry for your losses of Mickie and Baxter, but happy you and Teddy are doing well. How old is Teddy now?

Oh Gloria, my heart is aching for your losses. Thank you for sharing the additional, sad, information. It’s good Teddy is so young. In September, you have to post a Happy Birthday for him – we’ll all celebrate with you !! Stay with us and let us know what you and Teddy are up to, and how you are doing. HUGS. Toni

Toni you asked about Teddy. I call him Teddy Bear most of the time. Yes he is a cocker. He is my 3rd cocker rescue. I get them from Cherished Cocker Rescue in Ohio. Unfortunately they are prone to heart failure and kidney issues
