Oh Alisa, this must be Lil Bit. He certainly WAS a “lil bit” wasn’t he? What a charming, fun and great spirit, to share your fun and joy with costumes and posing. I am a bit teary viewing his adorable pictures (I am already in love with him), and I know how hard it is for you especially since your parting is so recent, but thank you for sharing with us. You can share your tears and pain with us, as well as your happier times when you are ready. We know in our heads, intellectually, that you both enjoyed a long run together, but boy, the emotions run deep and it takes time to find smiles before tears. So Alisa, stay with us and let us support you, and know we are here for you. I am sending you a big {{HUG}} -

Hi Chuck. I am delighted to hear from you, but not with this news. Anniversaries are so very hard, and yours is made even harder with Wasabi’s passing. Is Dixie doing okay? Were she and Wasabi close? How long were you and Wasabi together? Was she close to Dexter? I am just so very, very sorry for you and your family. {{HUGS}} Toni -

Robbie was my mom’s rescued dog. She had him for 15 years. He ended up blind, deaf, and diabetic but he still had an awesome life. He was a super mutt. Unfortunately I can’t find a picture right now. He passed during a difficult time for my mom, she was just diagnosed with rheumatoid.

Well, you’re doing some heavy lifting, emotionally. I do think our internal pains make external ones harder, too. But I am delighted for your healing in both ways, Dianne. We know going in to pet relationships that one day we will have to part, and we are strong people who can work through that. But it sure hurts a lot getting there. Keep us posted, Honey. -
