Hi Toni, I’m sorry I missed the meeting, but I thought you would enjoy what crazy Lucy did. I eat in the den and tonight I had two hotdogs, I put them on the table and went to get my drink..when I returned there was only one hotdog and an empty bun. I looked on the floor there was my hotdog with a bite taken from it (wasn’t me) I looked at crazy Lucy and she had yellow mustard all over her face. I believe she is getting comfortable especially since I fed her first. She watches King Kong now, while I try to get mustard out of the carpeting. . Do I have to say goodbye? Or can I stay awhile?

Lulu always wanted a cat tree. When she was eleven I bought her a used one. Until then she loved my suitcase. When she passed she was buried in the back yard, I made her a cross to always honor her. Lulu will always be in my soul. She was a few months shy of being 14. I couldn\’t get thru another day alone and the thoughts of Lulu wore heavy on my brain, so I adopted crazy Lucy. She occupied my brain by doing things that made me laugh.. she adores tv. And is slowly coming around. She sits in her chair and watches TV for hours. I don\’t have many pictures of Lucy, but I will. Cause she\’s a crazy cat..I will always love LULU forever, but it was time to love again.-

I would love to snap a picture of the turkeys, but it’s way to hot this weekend, maybe it will cool down soon. There little feet would burn. It’s supposed to be 115 for a couple of days. As soon as I see them I’ll take a picture. Don’t worry about Thanksgiving, they are safe. They are wild turkeys and don’t taste good. -

I have a new member to my family. I missed Lulu so much. So I adopted a little kitty kat. Her name is Lucy. She came from Orland. Was living in a burned out barn with her two babies. The babies got a home. The lady that came to Lucy\’s rescue got her spayed and Lucy has been living alone in mobile since September. She is very shy a little over a year old. She now is living a normal life. She has the whole house to play, a cat tree to look out the window (something she\’s never done before). She was fed and safe but that was all. She stares at a bird-not knowing what it is. She adores watching TV for hours. She listens to me when I talk to her. She is becoming my companion. I had enough love to share it with her. Lulu would be pleased. I know I am.-
Brony!! What a turn around and fabulous story. I am so happy for you and LUCY ! You are such a special and sweet person to help Lucy, and I am so grateful, inspired and encouraged by you opening your home and heart again, What an inspiring turn of events. You must come to our meeting JULY 20TH TO SHARE ALL! If you can’t make that, please, share everything with us. How lovely. I can’t wait to hear more about you and Lucy ❤️Toni

Blessings are all around us. When I looked out the window I saw a turkey by herself. But behind her were 9 little babies about two inches high. They were adorable and what a proud mama.

What a charming image you have given us, Brony. Being in nature or seeing animals is a healing force. It reminds us of all the other life out there. If you can snap a photo of the Turkeys, please share it with us. Now you have me worried about them come Thanksgiving time.
