This is Cooper. He’s been at the “rainbow bridge ” since July 9,2016. He was just 8years old. He had a seizure and just never came out and passed in my arms. He was a PAWS adoption pup at 7mos old. He came to us abused by men, and after some time , he became my husband’s best buddy. He’s golden retriever and cocker spaniel mix ( cocker in the face). He bonded VERY CLOSE to Addison, and she “mothered ” him. He did have the funniest personality. He was heavily codependent on Addison . View

@blueeyes64 Paula, I see your tribute candles to Addison and Cooper. I also see your email is from Rescue Dogs. Will you tell us about Addison and Cooper? And, tell us about Rescue Dogs? We’d like to support you in your losses, and learn more about your organization. Please, stay in touch about how you are doing, and. if we may support Rescue Dogs, we’d love to. Toni

WAAAY before Addison ( back in 96 when we got married, we had a black lab/ Rottweiler mix) named Woody that I had when I was married to my ex husband. He dropped him off to me cause he was leaving Illinois. Anyway, Woody lived to be 14 years old until cancer took him. Woody was the 1st dog we had that was May 2005when he passed.
