Precious Bessie ♥️😘. My Sapphire would have been 10 in February. She was so tiny when I picked her from a litter of kittens I had to wait two weeks for her to come home with me. I got her as a companion when I was in the middle of a divorce and getting a apartment preparing for the new chapter of my life. How old was your Bessie when she came into your life? Sapphire loved cheetos cheese puffs, did your sweet Bessie have a favorite treat?-
Bessie was just 1.5 years old when I adopted her.

Oh thank you so much 😢 in November I discovered she was in advanced kidney failure. My sweet beautiful Sapphire was so sick and by the time I realized something was wrong 😣 the disease had done it’s horrific damage.-
My Bessie,the Sheltie in my photos had a large tumor in her abdomen that I was unaware of.She is the love of my life and was 15.5 when she passed on April 16th.

I am sorry for all your losses. Our pets are dear to us. Tyson was a member of my family and it makes me feel better to know that he knew I loved him very much even if I wasn’t there when he passed.

Sapphire is such a pretty kitty. I am sad for you. Were there symptoms of her kidney failure? Something we should watch for? My cat Squirt, who was 19 when she died, loved cantaloupe! I’ve never had a cat other than Squirt who would even consider it. I haven’t tried Cheeto puffs on my cat, but she likes regular Cheetos, and Doritos, although she finds the Doritos a bit spicy for her taste :-).
