My baby JJ went over the rainbow bridge on August 19. I am having a hard time every day. When I get up or when I get home from work. I cry all the time right now. I hope it gets better

    • Oh Cindy, I am so very sorry and sad for your parting from JJ. It hurts like nothing else, doesn’t it? We understand and are here for you to spill it all out with. What kind of pet was JJ? May we see some pictures and hear about your lives together? Do you have someone with you to share with? Please tell us more, and know we are here to support you as you travel this painful road. Toni
      • I appreciate you reaching out to me. It does hurt more than I have ever felt. JJ was a beautiful black and tan Min Pin
        • Cindy, how was today for you? Toni
          • So sorry I missed your message. Today was hard but a bit easier than it has been. I know it will take time to heal from this pain. Thanks so much for checking in
            • I just got the call to pick JJ ashes, I broke down again. I hope it gets better with time.
              • Cindy, I am sorry. Picking up what was your most beloved friend is a terribly difficult thing to do. It is another harsh and hard reminder that JJ is really gone and is one of the most difficult and heartbreaking moments in your life. I am crying writing this, thinking of your pain. So let’s do it, and go through this together. Please cry and rant or whatever you need to do, then please take some deep breaths and think of a moment with JJ in which you were both so happy, content and loving. Whew – doesn’t that feel better? Try to stay in your head for a bit, remembering that everyone, everything, will pass one day, and that you gave JJ the best life for JJ’s allotted time here. It’s an exercise you can practice each day, as many times a day as you need. I hope that helps as you navigate through the grief of loss towards the profound joy of treasured memories. Stay with us here, Cindy. We’re with you and have more tools to help you through this terrible time of loss . 💔Toni
                • JJ is home, even though it makes feel more real that he is really gone. I feel him here with us.
                  • That’s lovely, Cindy. I am glad you feel JJ with you and hopw you find a bit of comfort in that.
                    • Cindy, I am so very sorry for your loss of JJ 💔
                      • Thanks so much for your kind words. It is a daily struggle, our babies were a part of just about everything we did in our day to day life. That is why it is so hard to forget them, I am just living day to day to accept him being gone. I am grateful for all the understanding a support from this community.
