    @indysnan Indy – what a nice name. Will you tell us about Indy and your lives together? We’d love to hear, and see some pictures. I am sorry for your loss, and hope you are doing alright – are you?

      Hi Toni, thank you so much. He was my soulpup. Picked him out when he was 2 days old…took him home when he was 10 weeks old, actually on 4th of July. Named him Independence but called him Indy. (And about 87 other nicknames. We walked side by side for 13 years 3 months and 13 days. 2 uears ago last month we found out he was diabetic. Insulin shots twice a day. He lost his sight about 3 months ago but we were adjusting. He left this world Sun Oct 17th. 14 days ago. Im shattered and dont know how Ill ever be ok without my best friend. He comes home tomorrow though so theres a teeny bit of light. I appreciate your words
