Oh Susan, this is so true and wonderful. Thank you for sharing it. It’s so hard to suffer the grief of parting from our beloved faithful friends, and this reminds me of the future joys and love ahead when we are able to open our hearts again. I have a tear now. My cat is older and we are treating several challenges, and I appreciate this reminder that one day, when she is gone, I can open myself to a new sweet soul.
