I’m so sorry to
Hear of the passing of Walter. In the short time he was with you in his final fur ever home you both touched each other’s lives and once again your heart is hurting and has another hole, hopefully at the right time to be filled by another fur baby in need of a loving fur ever home as Walter was.
As hard as it is to say good bye for the final time you made the right decision to set him free of his pain Hindsight bring for sight, I let my spirit suffer longer than she should have because I was selfish and wasn’t ready to say goodbye. While the decision to set Autumn Ranger and Saraya free wasn’t easy I tried to be less selfish and release them earlier on so they didn’t have to suffer anymore
You and everyone else mourning the loss of a beloved animal or human are in my prayers. -

Leigh, I am so sorry for your loss of Sammi. 😞 What a wonderfully long life she had. I understand what you’re feeling and the grief is unbearable. Life does change suddenly when we lose our fur babies. We miss everything about them and the things they did. The house is quieter now and the silence is deafening.

Toni, did you say you had to say goodbye to Walter this yesterday morning? 😢
I am so, so sorry for your loss of Walter. 😞. I haven’t been here for long, but, I seem to remember something you said about Walter being okay and I assumed he was ill. I know your heart is broken and I wish I could say something to ease your pain. Sending you hugs 🫂 and hoping they bring you some comfort. I wish you peace at this very sad time. 💔 -

We got Sammi 25yrs ago ,she was a rescue
So small and filthy
I’m not sure who saved who more
She became my ride or die and went everywhere and I mean everywhere together ❤️
If I didn’t habe her on a journey my girls did
Either for long walks exploring new parks or taking her to work to meet new people and furry friends
Her passing has changed tins in our lifestyle
We miss her barks
She would bark of a leaf blew by
Her cuddles 😍 😭
Her tiny tie beans tapping the floor and if course her waiting for us to come home. -

Lola, No one can answer your question but you – “How to tell him”. Do you think it would be kinder for your brother if you wait until he’s released? Perhaps you can make a photo collection for him so he has that. You can post a lasting memorial for Angel in our Memorials tab. If he asks about Angel, you wouldn’t want to lie, but my inclination is to not bring it up unless he does. Let’s see what others in our Comunity say. I am sorry for the loss of Angel. What a little darling. Toni
