Missing my Riley has brought back memories of my childhood dog Shuba who I miss to this day
The pain of missing a beloved fur baby never goes away it just takes time & a little easier to live with day by day. I’m sorry for ur loss
Thank you
Just remember it’s ok to cry or think of ur beloved fur baby it has a way to help u grow a little everyday when it does happen the memories are there forever you never forget them but it does get easier to live with and the memories are always good
And cry I do
Susan, it makes me feel more normal to read how so many of us cry. I don’t cry now for my pets of many years ago – I think of them with tons of love and good memories, but my old girl now is fighting declining health and it’s a heartbreaker. She’s in good spirits and not hurting, but I am….and I wouldn’t trade one minute, So I hope your thoughts of Shuba bring you smiles, too, and that your tears diminish with time, to be replaced with loving memories. It’s very nice of you to reach out to others of us. It means a lot. Toni
