Thank you Toni, you are so kind. I was loving him and taking care of him the best I could. The saying, if love could have saved you, is so true. If love could have helped he would have outlived me. Still missing him.

This is Scrappy in his wagon with his blanket from Blessing Blankets. The last few months of his life he wasn\’t able to walk but a few steps then he had to lay down so I would load him up in his wagon and take him on the walks we use to have, he loved it! I sure miss him.-
Ohhhh….Dreama, Scrappy is too cute and you are so nice to give him ‘wheels’ when he needed them. You have brought a few tears to my eyes, and touched us all… If there’s a problem with pets it’s that they are only on loan to us and we have to say goodbye… BUT-what love and joy we got, and gave with them. Thank you for sharing this sweet picture, your feelings, and being with our community that cares so much. I am, and will be, thinking of you. Hugs. Hugs. Hugs. Toni

I am so sorry for your loss of yourhandsome boy Bart. It is so hard to see them go, it’s an ache in your heart that feels like it will be forever. I pray God helps to ease that ache and you can celebrate your time together.-

So I am not going to have my mama cat put to sleep.I am going to see what is wrong with her.She is eating and that is better than before.Yes she’s 13 years old, and looks thin, but maybe there is something that can be fixed.If not,then if there isn’t any options,then I will do what I can on the advice of the vet.

To every pet parent whose beloved fur baby passed away,I am deeply sorry for your loss.I completely understand your heartache as 1 year ago, I lost my 15& 1/2 year old best friend from cancer.She was my best friend and traveling companion.My heart breaks along with whomever lost their beloved family member.

She is not having diarrhea like I said she was,her stool is soft, definitely not runny anymore.-

Hi Toni.Well she is eating but not as much as I would like,but baby steps.I cannot do any fundraiser as I am on SSI and they can check into my bank account.-
Waggle.org is not the kind of fundraising you are thinking of. They pay the Vet directly, not the pet parent. Please look into how they serve at http://www.waggle.org and ask Crystal to clarify. They may be able to pay your Vet for her care. 🙂

Thank you so much Toni. Yes I am still in pain and I miss him so much! He was such a good boy. Saw me thru many sad and difficult times and we had such a wonderful life together too. He was so sweet and never asked for anything much but my love and a bite of my food. LOL He was always right beside me, wherever I was. Wanted to go everywhere with me and if he couldn’t he would pout for awhile, but never too long.-
How lovely. You have a wonderful way of expressing the fun, loyalty, and his personality, while sharing the close relationship you shared and your pain with your parting. Thank you again for sharing. In loving memory of my precious little man, Scrappy. Dec,10 2004 – August 7,2021-
Oh Dreama, how fortunate you both were to have 17 loving years together. It’s so hard to say goodbye after spending so much of your life with him, through all the good, bad, up, down…but what a treasure to have a long, what I figure was healthy, life for Scrappy. I am so sorry for his recent passing, and so happy you got to be with him so long. Thank you for sharing his pictures and your tribute. Please, feel welcome to share some stories and adventures with us 🙂

My mama cat is eating.
I am having second thoughts about putting her to sleep.I am going to try and raise the money to find out what is going on with her.-

Hi Dianne. How is she doing? Did you connect with Crystal at Waggle.org? There is an appetite stimulant called Mirataz that is gently rubbed in the ear and it really works. I think it’s a prescription from your Vet. Please let us know what’s going on. I hope it’s good 🙂

Mama George has not been to the vet yet as I have been in self quarantine for 14 days because my son and daughter both had Covid.I was vaccinated and self quarantined for my sake.My mama cat’s quality of life is not improving at all.Now she is forgetting how to use her litter box.I woke up yesterday and nearly fell because she vomited all over my kitchen floor.
The decision I have to make, isn’t easy,and I feel bad,but she cannot live like this anymore.-
Should you take her sooner rather than make her live through this?
