I lost my boy Scooter on November 20th. It hasn\’t even been a week. He was 11 but it was so unexpected. I keep questioning if there was something else I could have done.-
Paula, I am so very sorry💔An unexpected death is shocking, and it is understandable to question what happened, and if or how you could have prevented it. Have you spoken with Scooter’s doctor? Was there an underlying cause? Eleven doesnn’t sound long to us, forever isnn’t long enough with our darlings, but perhaps that was Scooter’s time and he is now resting peacefully. We may never know the exact reason for Scooter leaving, but I hope that you try to find joy in remembering the many fun and loving times you were lucky to share with him.
