Thank you for asking. I am still having a very difficult time. It will be five months on July 7th. I have come to the conclusion that I definitely need a new pet. My niece and several of my friends are looking for a small female long-haired dog for me. I want a young adult. (At my age, I don’t feel like I can start with a puppy that has to be trained) I am looking for a baby who’s current owner is no longer able to care for her and needs a new home and someone to love her. I believe if it is meant to happen, that the Lord will lead me to her. Please continue to pray for me. Thank you. I sl want to reach the place where I am not constantly in tears.

Thank you Tay. I pray every day that the Lord will help me get past this crying. I know that He will help me through this, but, it hurts so much. -
Martha, the hurt from a deep loss is a wound, to the soul and heart, and like a physical wound, the deeper the cut, the longer the healing, so let yourself grieve and your tears pour out to help you heal. Did you ever look into adopting another as you mentioned before? -
Thank you Toni. See my coments in my last post. I have several people looking out for a little baby for me. So far, it seems there are only big dogs available. I am believing that the Lord will provide the right little dog in the right timing.

Hey Martha, I have an idea for you. Go to our tab “Find Services”, enter your area, and using the drop-down menu look for shelters and rescues in your area. They are listed and on a map with direct links to their websites. I will be surprised if you can’t find a little baby there :-). Let me know if I can help you.
