Nicole, I feel as if I know Harlee now, seeing her in so many moments of her happy life. How wonderful of you to share with us, and how wonderful for you both to have had so many fun times. We can see how much love she gave, and got back. It’s awful to say goodbye, but aren’t you grateful at the deepest level for having had her in your life? Of course, and so is your son. But it hurts and we are here for you, with you, to help support you as you move towards remembering Harlee with smiles before your tears. Yes we were greatful having her in our life. We’re ok, on and off sad. 2 days ago, got call from vet that her ashes and pawprint is ready to pick up. So I went there right after work. I cried when I received it. Hold it tight. I put on my dresser near my bed for now. Til I figure something out to set a memorial in the living room. With some pictures and her collar.
