Merry Christmas! This is my first Christmas without my sweet Bella. She loved Christmas. She crossed over the rainbow bridge on 11/21/2024 she was 14 1/2 years old so she lived a long life. She had cancer on her spleen. Instead of doing chemo for it we did where they take ozone and turn it into a liquid and injected it into the tumor. It work to shrink the tumor down for awhile it didn’t make it go away completely but it kept is smaller. So I got eight more months of her. If I had it done it she would have been gone in March. I wasn’t ready to let her go and she wasn’t either. It’s been really hard. I’ve been just going to the emotions right now, still in the grieving process, it’s gonna be a long road for that. I’m lost without her my route I had with her everyday no it’s gone and now don’t know what to do with myself anymore. I miss her everyday. I talk to her everyday and I have her blanket she slept on on my bed so I have her smell so it feel like she’s near me. She’s been sending me signs like I keep seeing her name when I’m searching through Facebook or the last few days I’ve been seeing quotes on Facebook there like she is speaking to me through what these messages say. They make me cry reading them cause I know it’s her cause I can feel it in my heart. She’s my soul dog and we will always be connected to each other. I can’t wait until the day I get to see her again. View

Jesssica, What a lot of love and care you gave Bella. That is the best, and most, we can do for our sweet babies. They are only with us a short while (forever wouldn’t be long enough), but their love is with us the rest of our lives. As you go back through the 14 1/2 years you were lucky to share with Bella, the first 14 were spectacular. I hope you can bring forth memories of times from those years that bring you joy, and that those memories help ease your grief. We are here to listen, and you are welcome to share. Our group meeting is January 20th and I hope you will join us to talk about Bella.
I am sending you my heartfelt sympathy, and a {{BIG HUG}}. Toni
