I am looking for an animal companion. I lost Sophie during the lockdown and the loneliness from social distancing has been really hard. I don\’t have work friends and coming home to an empty apartment has been difficult.-
Im sorry for your loss yes our pets were life savers during pandemic. Go to shelters they have many great choices who need homes.

On this website, go to the “Find Services” tab, use the drop down menu to find shelters and rescues, put in your zip code, and as Connie suggests, they will be delighted to have you share your loving home. We’re coming into puppy and kitten season and that means a lot of more mature pets will be in need of a new home. Please let us know what happens next with you, Arlene.
