I grew up with dogs. My husband didn’t care for dogs until we adopted one off the street. He fell in love with her. He died in 2002 and I lose her in 2007. My Beary Good Boy was a Christmas gift from my son in 2008. BGB was 10 weeks old. He was a long haired dachshund. I grew up with different dachshunds and my son knew my favorite was the long haired. In fact our first dog was a long haired. I did not want another dog. I was working full time and going to school full time and I just felt I didn’t have enough time for a puppy. But……. as soon as he put that puppy in my arms it was over
I had him to love and spoil for 12 years. View
