Oh my… That’s too horrible. I am truly so sorry. I don’t know what else to say about Mama. Oh dear. My friend has two cockapoos, and I haven’t heard of a grey one. They’re wonderful friends – so kind and lively. How old was Brutt? Hopefully you enjoyed a long, loving life together.-
He was 6. A meter reader came into the yard and didn’t close the fence properly. Brutt git out and was hit by a truck. I was 12 and it broke my heart.yes, he was a beautiful color of grey and was my constant companion.-
It is heartbreaking, at any age. You were both young and that stays with you.

Aha! My adopted, 17 year old is also all black … well, she’s getting s few “grays” now :-). Is the picture Beghera or Mama? What about Brut? Sorry if I misspelled the name – Brutt.

Dar…No…Don’t do this to yourself. I’m in a similar situation. My 17 year old cat has been on antibiotics for nine months and was vomiting a lot so I stopped the meds. Two weeks ago I thought she was dying. We had a blood test and her kidneys and thyroid are off so we started the antibiotic again and she is much better, I did, we all do, what we think is in the best interest of our beloved pets. Your decisions were made in the same way, and you must not question your intent.-
How are you doing today, Dar? I’m thinking of you and hope each day is better.

OH MY GOODNESS! Looks like my cat! She’s going to be17 in March, has only one tooth, and is doing pretty well. How beautiful. -

Robyn, I understand. My sister’s dog, Patton, died over twenty years ago and, like Mr. Bojangles, she still grieves. But we are lucky to open our hearts and homes to more loves with new friends. What is Beghera (unique name – what does it mean?), a dog, cat, bird, gerbil…..?-
Beghera is my all black cat. My granddaughter names him from “The Jungle Book”

I’m doing well, Brut was a family pet years ago but miss him even after all these years. Mama has been gone about a year. I still own her son Beghera. Who is her spitting image.

My picture is of mama… Sadly she was killed by a big dog. And brutt was a a beautiful grey cockapoo. Sadly I can’t seem to find a picture of him
